What changed for existing customers on the new pricing

How Business, Pro and Light subscriptions moved to the single Extrovert plan: your price, bonus limits and the special discount, the archived Light plan and what it excludes, and what to do next.

Written by Denis Bauer

Extrovert now has one plan instead of Light, Business and Pro. It can be monthly or annual, depending on how you pay. Every existing subscription was moved to the new model automatically. You do not need to do anything, and your price did not go up.

This article explains what you see in Settings now and why. For the plan itself, read what the Extrovert plan includes.

If you were on Business or Pro

You are on the Extrovert plan now, on the same billing cycle as before. Three things carried over from your old subscription.

Your price. The new plan has public prices per seat, and yours was kept at what you paid before. On the Billing details page the difference shows as a line called Special discount under the component it applies to. It is not a promotion and it does not expire on its own. It stays for as long as your subscription is active.

Your limits. Every paid seat now includes 250 prospects and 1 topic, shared by the whole team. If your old plan gave you more than that, the difference was added as Bonus Prospects and Bonus Topics, so everything you track today still fits. You will see these as separate rows on the Billing details page and as bonus in the Plan limits block on the Plan page.

Your data. Campaigns, prospects, topics, conversations and history are exactly where they were.

What is new for you: 300 Extrovert Credits per paid seat every month, Lead Finder and Intent Signals, which spend those credits, and the option to add prospects and topics to your limits without changing plan. Read how prospect limits work for the new shared pool.

If you were on Light

Your plan shows as Light with an Archived badge. It keeps renewing at your old price for as long as you keep it. The archived plan is not sold anymore, so once you leave it you cannot come back to it.

The archived Light plan does not include:

  • Direct messages. Your conversations and their history stay visible, only writing, generating and sending are closed.

  • Topic campaigns. The Topic campaigns you already have keep running with the topics attached to them. You cannot create a new one, start a stopped one or attach new topics.

  • Extrovert Credits, and with them Lead Finder and Intent Signals. Lead Finder still lets you search, but adding the people it finds needs credits.

  • Additional Prospects and Topics on top of what your seats include.

  • The public API and webhooks. Your keys and webhooks are still saved, they just do not work until you upgrade.

Automations that were already running when the plan moved were not stopped. A campaign that was sending DMs keeps sending them. The limits apply to new actions and new campaigns.

Closed sections stay open for reading. Each one explains what is not included and shows an Upgrade plan button. Team members who cannot manage the plan see a note to ask the workspace admin instead.

Upgrading from the archived plan

Go to Settings, then Plan, and press Upgrade plan. The form is the same one every other workspace uses to change its plan: you confirm the number of seats and choose how many additional prospects and topics you want. The upgrade applies right away. You pay the difference for the rest of the current billing period now, and the new price from the next renewal. Your seats, your limits and all your data stay as they are.

After the upgrade your old protected price is gone and the public prices apply. Everything in the list above opens immediately, and there is nothing to set up again.

What is different for everyone

Limits are shared by the team. Prospect and topic limits used to belong to each person. They are now one pool for the whole workspace: 250 prospects and 1 topic for every paid seat, plus anything you add or were given as a bonus. One teammate can track more than 250 while another tracks fewer. The old monthly limit on adding prospects is gone.

Seats follow the people who can connect LinkedIn. A seat is used by every member who can connect a LinkedIn account, by every pending invite for such a member, and by every managed account. Members who only review or manage campaigns are free. See how seats and teams work.

Removing a person no longer lowers the bill by itself. The seat stays paid and free to reuse until your renewal. To pay for fewer seats, reduce the number of seats on the Plan page. That change takes effect at renewal. See change your plan: seats, prospect and topic limits, billing cycle.

Credits are a separate balance. Each paid seat adds 300 credits a month to a balance the team shares. Credits are spent only when Intent Signals finds a prospect or you add one through Lead Finder. Comments, DMs and campaigns do not use them. See Extrovert Credits: what they pay for and how to get more.

How bonus limits and the special discount behave

Both exist to keep your old terms, so they follow a few rules.

  • Bonus limits do not grow when you add seats or buy more prospects. Anything you add later is at the public price.

  • If you reduce your additional prospects or topics, the bonus part can be given up for good. The form warns you before you confirm, and a bonus you gave up cannot be bought back.

  • The special discount applies to seats, additional prospects and additional topics. It never applies to credit packs.

  • Both end when your paid plan ends. If you cancel and later subscribe again, you start on public prices without the bonus.

If your subscription had already ended

A subscription whose paid period was over before the move was not migrated. Your data is still in the workspace, and you can start a new Extrovert subscription from the Plan page at the current public price. See plan cancellations for what an inactive workspace can and cannot do.

Invoices and payment details

Nothing changed here. Invoices, receipts and your payment method are still in the billing portal, opened from the Billing details page. See how to access your billing portal.

If something on your Billing details page does not match what you expected, write to support from Guides and support in the left menu and mention your workspace name. We will check the migration record for your subscription.
