You can update your payment details and download invoices from your billing portal.
Open your billing portal
Go to Settings → Billing details and click Open billing portal. For security, we email you a link to open it. Follow the link from that email to reach the portal, where you can change your billing details or download invoices.
Which email the link goes to
The link is sent to your billing email, which is the address on your receipts and invoices. This can be different from the email you use to log in to Extrovert. Your receipts and billing emails come from our payment provider, PayPro Global, so look for messages from them.
If the link does not arrive
Check your spam and promotions folders.
Make sure you are checking the billing email, not only your login email.
If you have lost access to your billing email, reach out to us in the chat and we will help you recover access.
Who can access billing
Only admins on the team can view and manage billing. If you do not see the billing options, ask an admin on your team.
