You can cancel your Extrovert subscription at any time. Your team will continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle.
How to cancel your subscription
Go to Settings
Click Plan and Billing
Find the Cancel subscription option
Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
What happens after you cancel
During your remaining billing cycle
If you have days left in your current billing cycle:
You can continue using Extrovert normally
All features remain available
Your team keeps full access
No charges until your billing cycle ends
After your billing cycle ends
When your subscription expires:
You lose access to your team
You won't see prospects, campaigns, or comment history
All teammates lose access as well (billing happens at team level)
Your subscription will not renew automatically
Data retention
After cancellation:
Your data is saved and kept for some time
However, we cannot guarantee exactly how long data is retained
When you return, you can use the same team and data
Returning to Extrovert
When you're ready to come back:
You can reactivate your existing team
Choose to renew your current plan or select a different one
Your data and team structure might be restored (if it is still in the system)
Continue using Extrovert normally
Reactivating before your billing cycle ends
If you change your mind and renew before your current billing cycle ends:
Everything returns to normal immediately
You keep your original billing date
Normal billing resumes as scheduled
No disruption to your team's access
βοΈ Pro tip: Consider downgrading to a lower plan instead of canceling if you want to reduce costs while keeping access to your data.
