Extrovert has two prospect limits that work together. Here's what they mean and how they work.

Two types of limits

1. Total number of prospects - How many prospects you can have at once

2. New prospects per month - How many new prospects you can add each month

Limits by plan

All limits are per seat (per team member):

Plan

Total prospects

New per month

Light

250

1,000

Business

500

2,000

Pro

1,000

4,000

Total prospects limit

You can track up to 1,000 LinkedIn profiles at once (Pro plan). When you reach the limit, you'll need to remove some prospects to add new ones.

New prospects per month limit

Each month, you can add up to 4,000 new prospects to your lists (Pro plan). This helps you rotate prospects while staying under your 1,000 total limit. This limit is calculated on a rolling basis - how many prospects you added in the last 30 days.

What happens when you delete prospects

Your total count goes down immediately - You can add new prospects right away

Your monthly count stays the same - Deleting prospects doesn't "give back" your monthly additions

To quickly free up space, use the delete inactive prospects feature to remove all prospects who haven't posted in 30 days.

Checking your limits

When adding prospects, hover over the info icon next to "A maximum of X prospects can be added" to see your current usage for both limits.

Posts and comments are unlimited

Extrovert doesn't limit:

  • Number of posts we find for your prospects

  • Number of comments you can post (there is limit of 100 comments per day to keep your account safe)

  • Number of comments we generate for you

You can set your own daily comment limits in Settings.
