Filters and sorting help you organize your feed so you see the most important posts. Here is an overview of the available options and how they can improve your engagement.
Sorting
Sort by date: You can sort posts in chronological order
Sort by name: Sort posts by the name of the person who posted. This is useful to see all posts from a specific prospect one after another, which is great if you want to do a first round of commenting and decide which posts to engage with.
Basic filters
Campaign: Use this filter to switch between different campaigns. Each campaign may have different settings and a different tone of voice. For example, you might have one campaign for customers and another for VCs.
Prospect list: This filter lets you look at posts from specific prospect lists within your campaigns. You can set priorities and focus on different groups, such as particular companies or industries, to ensure your outreach is well-targeted.
Post type: This filter helps you focus on certain types of posts and ignore others. For example, you could filter out personal posts or political content and only focus on company news. This keeps your attention on posts that match your goals.
Advanced filters ("or" based)
These filters work on an "or" basis, meaning posts that match any of these filters will show up in your feed.
If some prospects post very rarely and others post very frequently, you need a way to manage your engagement without getting overwhelmed. That's where these filters come in. They work best in combination with other filters to help you filter out the noise from prospects who post very often. For example, you can filter posts to show only if the prospect posts rarely or if the post is relevant to you or if your last comment was a long time ago.
Prospect's post frequency: This filter shows how often someone posts. If a prospect rarely posts, you should prioritize interacting with those posts, even if they aren’t directly related to your goals. This helps keep you visible and maintain relationships. For example, if someone only posts once a month, commenting on that post will help you stay on their radar.
Last comment time: This filter helps you find posts from people you haven't commented on recently or ever. Engaging with these posts helps you keep in touch consistently. For example, if it’s been over a month since your last comment, this filter will help you find posts where you can reconnect.
Important prospect: Mark certain prospects as important so you can easily track their activity. This helps ensure you don't miss any key posts from important clients or stakeholders.
Relevant to you: This filter shows posts that are most relevant to the settings of your campaign. This way, you can focus on content that is aligned with your area of expertise.
💡 Using both basic and advanced filters helps you manage posts from prospects with different activity levels, ensuring that you stay engaged without getting overwhelmed.
