Feed sorting options

You can sort your feed in two ways:

Latest (default): Shows newest posts first

Prospect name: Groups posts by the prospect's name. This is perfect for:

  • Seeing all posts from a specific prospect together, one after another

  • Deciding which posts to engage with for each prospect

Filter types

Post date

Filter posts by when they were published:

  • New posts (1-2 days): Great for creator engagement when visibility matters most

  • Older posts (1-4 weeks): Perfect for prospect nurturing - it's never too late to engage!

Campaign

Switch between different campaigns you've created or that teammates have shared with you. Each campaign can have:

  • Different settings

  • Unique tone of voice

  • Specific prospect groups

Prospect list

Focus on specific prospect lists within your campaigns:

  • Target specific companies or industries

  • Focus on your most important prospects

  • Manage different relationship stages separately

Post category

Filter out the noise by skipping content like:

  • Sensitive topics

  • Politics

  • Holiday greetings

  • Personal life posts

AI-matched topics

See only posts that match topics you've defined: AI reads the post content (not just keywords) and matches it against topics you've set up in your campaign settings.

This works great for creator engagement when you want to:

  • Join discussions about your expertise

  • Get seen by the right audience

  • Skip irrelevant posts

☝️ Pro tip: If you follow lots of creators who post daily, this filter can turn hundreds of posts into just a manageable dozen that match your expertise.

Desired frequency

Set consistent touchpoint schedules:

  • 3 days: For active deals

  • Weekly: For warm prospects

  • Bi-weekly: For steady nurturing

  • Monthly/Bi-monthly: For long-term relationships

The filter shows posts from prospects you haven't engaged with in your selected timeframe.

☝️ Pro tip: Use weekly touchpoints for hot opportunities and monthly for "not now" prospects.

Comments left

Filter based on how many comments you've left on each prospect's posts:

  • No comment yet: Find prospects you haven't engaged with yet

  • Commented 1 time: Build on initial engagement

  • Commented 2 times: Continue developing relationships

  • Commented 3+ times: Focus on well-nurtured relationships

This helps you target prospects at different engagement stages based on your commenting history.

Posts per prospect

  • Control how many posts you see from each person.

  • This prevents prospects who post a lot from taking over your feed.

☝️ Pro tip: When warming up new prospects, limit to 2 posts per prospect to engage with everyone efficiently.

Post type

Choose which types of posts to show in your feed:

  • Direct posts: Posts from your prospects themselves

  • Indirect posts: Posts from people your prospects engage with frequently

Indirect posts help you reach prospects who don't post often but are active readers. When you comment on posts from accounts they follow, your prospects will likely see your comments in their feed.

Important prospect

Mark key prospects with a star:

  1. Click the star icon on any post

  2. Use the filter to focus only on starred accounts

Perfect for:

  • VIP accounts

  • Prospects needing special attention

Combining filters for different workflows

Think of these filters as a Swiss knife for your engagement strategy. Here are practical filter combinations for common sales scenarios:

Warming up cold prospects

First-time batch processing

  • Campaign → Your outreach batch

  • Posts per prospect → 2

  • Comments left → No comment yet

  • Sort by → Name

Why it works: Helps you systematically work through a new batch of prospects, making sure nobody gets missed. Shows 2 posts from each new prospect, sorted by name so you can make initial touchpoints with everyone efficiently before starting outreach.

After the initial touchpoint, you can move to weekly frequency and continue throughout the sequence

Continuous nurturing in parallel with the cold sequence

  • Campaign → Your outreach batch

  • Posts per prospect → 2

  • Desired frequency → Weekly

Why it works: Helps staying top of mind with weekly indirect touchpoints while your drip campaign or manual DM+follow-up sequence is ongoing.

Pipeline and customer nurturing

  • Prospect list → Hot opportunities

  • Desired frequency → Weekly

  • Posts per prospect → 1

Why it works: Ensures you maintain consistent weekly touchpoints with your most important active deals, keeping momentum during long sales cycles.

Engaging with industry voices

  • Campaign → Creators

  • AI-matched topics → Your expertise areas

  • Post date → Last 2 days

Why it works: Gets your profile in front of target audiences by engaging with recent, relevant posts from industry creators.

Building creator support networks

  • Campaign → Creator support circle

  • Desired frequency → Every day / Every 3 days / Every week

  • Post date → Last 3 days

Why it works: Helps you build mutual relationships with creators who support your content while you support theirs, creating better reach for everyone.

Switch between these workflows throughout your day by changing filter combinations. Each setup helps you focus on specific relationship-building goals without getting overwhelmed.
