Extrovert sends two kinds of email to bring you back to work that is waiting: the Comment Digest, with posts you could comment on today, and a daily digest of new DM drafts. Both are optional and both are set per team.

Comment Digest
A short overview of your feed, sent on weekdays at the start of your workday. It replaces the older email about new posts matching your topics.
You get it only when something new has arrived: at least one new post to comment on in one of the accounts you have switched on since the last digest. On a quiet day there is no email. When there is one, it is built from the current feed, so it can also show posts that were already there but are still worth a comment.
Inside the email:
A subject line and a short introduction written by AI, naming a few concrete reasons to open the feed today. If that cannot be generated, the email goes out with a standard introduction instead.
Up to three accounts in detail, your own first when it has posts, with up to three example posts each. The rest of your accounts appear as one line each with a link.
How many new posts arrived since the last digest, or over the last three days for a first email, and how many more are waiting in the feed beyond the examples.
See all posts for each account, which opens that account's Main Feed. The examples in the email are examples: the feed itself is always sorted live, so the top of the feed may differ from the email. See Main Feed.

Which accounts it covers
Three switches decide what goes into your digest:
Own campaigns: posts from your own campaigns. On by default.
Managed accounts: posts from the accounts you manage. On by default. The switch is shown to everyone, but it only has an effect for admins and managers who look after managed accounts.
Campaigns shared with me: posts from campaigns other members shared with you. Off by default, so a share does not start emailing you until you ask for it.
Turn all three off to stop the digest.
When it arrives
Monday to Friday, in the first part of your workday as set in your working hours, in your time zone. See limits and working hours. If no start of the workday is set for a day, no digest is sent that day.
The settings and the schedule belong to you within each team. If you are a member of two teams, each has its own switches, and you can receive one digest per team per day.
Daily digest of new DM drafts
One email each morning, at the start of your workday, when new direct message drafts are ready for your review. It lists the conversations waiting for you and links to them. Turn it off on the same page if you prefer to check the DMs section yourself.
Neither email sends anything on your behalf. Comments and DMs still wait for you to approve or send them.
