Extrovert can proactively review your account and suggest useful next steps. You can also have your own AI agent do this, so the review arrives where you already work and you can discuss it there. Choose a daily morning review or another schedule that suits you.
Extrovert supplies the data and review guides. Your AI app runs the schedule and delivers the result. Connecting Extrovert alone does not create a scheduled task.
Before you start
Connect Extrovert to your AI if you have not already. Your AI app needs to:
Run a saved task without you opening the conversation each time.
Use the Extrovert connection inside that scheduled task.
Deliver the result to a place you will check.
These capabilities vary by app and plan. If they are unavailable, keep Extrovert's built-in reviews and use your AI for reviews on request.
Choose what you want to receive
Agree on these choices with your agent before creating the task:
Account and workspace: whose account to review and in which team.
Review: a general account review or a DM-focused update.
Schedule: days, time and timezone. Daily is an option, not a requirement.
Delivery: where the finished review should arrive.
Create the recurring task
Use your AI app's scheduling tools to save the agreed task. The task needs the following context:
The chosen account and workspace IDs. Keep the workspace fixed in Extrovert calls, so switching teams in the app does not change what the task reviews.
The current review guides. Read General account review at each run. For a DM-focused update, also read DM review. Link to these guides rather than copying their instructions into the task.
Continuity. Use account memory, recent Extrovert reviews and relevant reviews and replies in this AI's own history. Keep the task's reports in that history: external conversations are not automatically saved in Extrovert. For DM updates, use the agreed review period or the previous DM review as the time reference.
The task prepares recommendations. Sending messages or changing campaigns remains a separate follow-up with your approval.
Test the task before switching
Check that the saved task shows the intended next run and delivery destination. Test the task itself to confirm it can read Extrovert and deliver a review, not just remind you to open a chat.
Once it is working, you can keep both channels or change your own settings in that workspace under Settings → Email notifications → AI Agent: turn off DM help to stop separate DM reviews, or Proactive help to stop all built-in reviews and their emails. An agent must ask for your approval before changing either setting.
These settings do not stop campaigns, ordinary chat or other email notifications.
If the external schedule stops working, you can restore your previous review settings. Extrovert does not monitor your AI app's schedule or automatically restore these emails.
