Email notifications: Agent reviews and Intent Signals

Choose emails about Agent suggestions, daily DM reviews, new Intent Signals prospects and prospects that could not be added. Manage each group for your selected team.

Choose which emails Extrovert sends under Settings → Email notifications. The choices belong to you in the selected team, so check the team before changing them. Each switch saves as you change it.

AI Agent

AI Agent suggestions lets Agent review your account from time to time, email you useful advice and start a chat you can continue. Reviews can suggest improvements to your campaigns, Voice, audience or daily work.

Daily DM review adds a weekday briefing when new DMs or follow-ups need attention. It helps you choose what to reply to and offers help with routine messages. It works while AI Agent suggestions is on.

Turn off Daily DM review if you want general suggestions without separate DM briefings. Turn off AI Agent suggestions to stop all new built-in reviews and their emails. Your Daily DM review choice is remembered while the main switch is off.

Reviews can arrive during your configured weekday working hours. General reviews are not necessarily daily. They require a paid seat in your selected team and an active plan; if your account cannot receive them, the page explains why.

These emails suggest work. They do not send DMs, approve comments or change campaigns. You can open the conversation and approve the specific help you want. See Using the Extrovert AI Assistant.

Intent Signals: new prospects

A weekday email brings you new suggested prospects found by Intent Signals campaigns. Choose which campaigns it covers:

  • My campaigns

  • Managed accounts

  • Shared campaigns

Turn all three off to stop this email. This changes notifications, not the campaigns themselves.

Intent Signals errors

These emails tell you when prospects found by Intent Signals cannot be added to a list. Choose whether to receive them for My campaigns, Managed accounts or Shared campaigns.

Turning off the emails does not fix an import problem or stop the campaign. Check the affected campaign when an alert reports work that could not be completed.

What stays running

Email preferences do not stop campaigns or ordinary chats. AI Agent suggestions and Daily DM review are separate from the two Intent Signals notification groups, so you can choose them independently.

If you use your own AI for recurring reviews, test that schedule and delivery before turning off the built-in reviews. See Daily Proactive Reviews Using Your Agent.
