Main Feed gathers the posts waiting for your approval across every campaign of one account, so you can do your commenting in one sitting instead of opening each campaign in turn.

It is one feed per account rather than per campaign. Every campaign of that account which still waits for your review feeds into it.

Two things are worth knowing before you start:

Go to Post feed in the main menu. It opens on Main Feed for the account you last worked as, so there is usually nothing else to do.

To change what you are looking at, use the two selectors at the top:

Main Feed sits above your campaigns in that list. Switching to another account also opens that account's Main Feed. It is available on every plan, and it works with a single campaign too, it simply has one source to draw from.

Main Feed is not a newest-first list. Two things decide what you see next.

Inside each campaign, posts follow that campaign's Feed sorting strategy, which you set in the campaign's commenting settings. Between campaigns, the priority you give each one decides how often it comes up.

The practical effect is that you can set each campaign up once and then simply work from the top of Main Feed, without counting how many comments you have left in each.

Priority is relative rather than a fixed quantity. A campaign set to High comes up more often than one set to Normal, and Low comes up less often. Nothing is switched off by choosing Low, and priority never changes the order of posts inside a campaign.

Your choice saves by itself as you pick it, so this screen has no Save button. If a campaign is shared with you but you cannot edit it, its row is shown but you cannot change its priority.

You can set the same thing from inside a campaign, under Campaign priority in Main Feed on its Commenting tab. New campaigns start at Normal.

A campaign set to comment automatically does not appear in Main Feed. Automatic campaigns publish their comments without review, so they have nothing waiting for your approval, and they have no priority to set.

They are still listed in Customize feed, in a separate Auto campaigns block, so you can see what is running without review. To work with one, choose it from the campaign selector in Post feed. You will find what it published in its Posted tab.

Bulk approve, next to Customize feed on the Need approval tab, approves a number of comments in one go. Extrovert takes the most relevant comments from every campaign in the feed, in the same order Main Feed would have shown them to you, so the ones it picks can include posts you have not reached yet. Set how many, confirm, and they move to Pending. See Bulk approve.

Extrovert checks for new posts on its own every 24 hours. To check sooner, Main Feed can go through every campaign of the account at once: open the three-dot menu (•••) next to Customize feed and choose Check for new posts. You can run an extra check once per hour.

New posts appear in the feed as they are collected, so you do not need to wait on the screen.

Main Feed shows a counter reading something like "3 approved today". Hover it to see the target you are working to. It is there to pace your own work, and it is set per account.

The count runs on the account's own working day and is stored for you, so it survives a page reload and follows you to another device. Reaching the target changes nothing: you can carry on reviewing for as long as you like.

This target is not a limit. It does not cap anything and it does not slow anything down. The real ceilings on how much your account does per day are described in daily limits for comments and DMs.

Main Feed has the same tabs as a campaign feed: Need approval, Skipped, Pending, Error and Posted. They cover every campaign of the account rather than one.
