You can leave a team you're a member of, which removes your access and deletes your data from that team only.
What happens when you leave
You lose access to the team immediately
All your data in this team (campaigns, prospects, history) gets deleted
Your data in other teams remains untouched
This action cannot be undone
Before leaving the team
If you want to save your work:
Transfer your campaigns to another team member
Export any important prospect lists or data
Download campaign reports you might need later
How to leave a team
Go to team settings
Find the "Leave this team" option
Click to start the process
Type "LEAVE" to confirm the permanent action
If you're the only admin
Every team needs at least one admin, so if you're the only admin you can't leave until you assign another admin first. Promote a teammate to admin, then you'll be able to leave. If instead you want to close the team entirely, you can delete it.
How to delete a team
Deleting removes the whole team and everything in it (campaigns, history, and settings), for everyone. Only an admin can do this, and your data in other teams isn't affected. It's permanent and can't be undone.
Go to team settings
Choose Delete this team
Type "DELETE" to confirm
Before you can delete: if the team has an active subscription, cancel the plan first, and remove the other members from the team.
If you're in multiple teams
Leaving one team doesn't affect your other teams:
You'll still have access to other teams
Your data in other teams stays intact
You can continue using Extrovert normally in other teams

You'll need to type "LEAVE" exactly to confirm this permanent action.
