Extrovert teams let you collaborate on campaigns and share the work. You can have two types of team members with different permissions and billing.

Two types of team members

Creators (paid seats)

  • Post comments through their own LinkedIn profiles

  • Each creator needs one paid seat

  • Must connect their LinkedIn account

Non-creators (free)

  • Post comments on other creators' behalf

  • Manage prospect lists and campaigns

  • Access analytics and billing

  • Don't count toward seat limits

  • Don't need to connect LinkedIn

Adding team members

To invite someone to your team:

  1. Go to Team section

  2. Click Invite member

  3. Enter their email

  4. Choose their role: Creator or Non-creator

  5. Click Send invitation

Once they accept, they'll have access based on their role.

What non-creators can do

Non-creators have full access to everything except posting from their own LinkedIn:

  • Comment on creators' behalf - Write and approve comments that post from creator accounts

  • Manage campaigns - Update settings, context, and engagement plans

  • Manage prospect lists - Add, remove, and organize prospects

  • See analytics - View performance data and engagement metrics

  • Handle billing - Manage subscription and payment details

Sharing campaigns

To comment on someone's behalf, they need to give you access to their campaign first. To give a team member access to a specific campaign:

  1. Go to Campaign β†’ Share campaign

  2. Choose your teammate

  3. Click Save

They can then manage that campaign regardless of whether they're a creator or non-creator.

Team collaboration by plan

Light plan: No team collaboration (can't share campaigns)

Business and Pro plans: Unlimited team collaboration

  • Add unlimited non-creators (free)

  • Add creators up to your seat limit

  • Share campaigns with any team member

Common team setups

Agency/consultant managing clients

  • Client = Creator (connects LinkedIn, posts comments)

  • Agency = Non-creator (manages everything behind the scenes)

  • Comments appear from client's LinkedIn profile

Company team

  • Executives/sales team = Creators (each has own campaigns)

  • Marketing team = Non-creators (manage content and prospects)

  • Everyone collaborates on engagement strategy

Managing billing and seats

Only creators count toward your seat limit. You can:

  • Add unlimited non-creators at no cost

  • Replace creators within the same billing cycle (no extra charge)

  • Add new creator seats (prorated billing for remaining cycle)
