Comments always post from the campaign owner's LinkedIn, even if someone else manages the campaign.
Owner vs Shared Access
Campaign Owner:
LinkedIn account connected to Extrovert
Comments post from their profile
Must be a "creator" team member
Has full control of the campaign
Campaign shared with:
Team members who can access and manage the campaign
Can edit prospects, approve comments, manage settings
Can be creator or non-creator team member
Comments still post from owner's profile
When to transfer campaign ownership
Team member leaves the company
Someone else's LinkedIn profile is more appropriate
Before transferring ownership
Make sure the new owner:
Is already a team member (or gets invited)
Is set up as a "creator"
Has connected their LinkedIn account
Understands they'll be posting from their profile
How to transfer campaign ownership
Go to Campaign β Settings and sharing
Find "Campaign owner" section
Click "Change" next to the current owner
Select the new owner from your team members
Confirm the transfer
What transfers:
All prospects and their data
Campaign settings and context
Comment history stays with the previous owner
What happens after transfer
New owner:
Gets full control of the campaign
Future comments post from their LinkedIn
Can share access with other team members
Previous owner:
Loses ownership but can still have access if campaign is shared with them
Past comments history remains linked to their profile (can't be changed)
Managing multiple campaigns per team member
Team members can:
Own multiple campaigns (all posting from their LinkedIn)
Have access to campaigns they don't own (if campaign is shared with them)
