Requirements for new owner
The new owner must be:
Already a team member or managed account
Have a professional profile connected ("Can connect a professional profile" setting)
Understand comments and DMs will post from their profile
How to transfer
Go to Campaign → Ownership and access
Find Campaign owner section
Click Change owner next to current owner
Select a new owner from dropdown
Confirm the transfer
What happens during transfer
What transfers:
All prospects and their data
Campaign settings and context
Future commenting and DM rights
What doesn't transfer:
Past comment history (stays with the previous owner)
Analytics from before the transfer
Sharing campaigns with team members
Any campaign owner can share their campaign:
Go to Campaign → Ownership and access
Select team members to share with
Click Save
Shared team members can manage prospects and approve comments and DMs, but everything always posts from the owner's professional profile.
