Requirements for new owner
The new owner must be:
Already a team member or managed account
Have LinkedIn connected ("Can connect LinkedIn" setting)
Understand comments and DMs will post from their profile
How to transfer
Go to Campaign β Ownership and access
Find Campaign owner section
Click Change next to current owner
Select a new owner from dropdown
Confirm the transfer
What happens during transfer
What transfers:
All prospects and their data
Campaign settings and context
Future commenting and DM rights
What doesn't transfer:
Past comment history (stays with the previous owner)
Analytics from before the transfer
Sharing campaigns with team members
Any campaign owner can share their campaign:
Go to Campaign β Settings and sharing
Select team members to share with
Click Save
Shared team members can manage prospects and approve comments and DMs, but everything always posts from the owner's LinkedIn.
