Team admins can remove users from their team, which permanently deletes the user's data and access.

What happens when you remove a user

  • They lose access to the team immediately

  • All their data (campaigns, prospect lists, history) gets permanently deleted

  • This action cannot be undone

Before removing a user

If you want to save their work:

  • Transfer their campaigns to another team member

  • Export any important prospect lists or data

  • Make sure another team member has access to shared campaigns

How to remove a user

  1. Go to Team settings on the left sidebar

  2. Find the user you want to remove

  3. Click the 3 dots next to their name

  4. Click Remove from the team:

  5. Type "REMOVE" to confirm the permanent action

Confirmation required

You'll need to type "REMOVE" exactly to confirm this permanent action.

☝️ Pro tip: Consider whether the user should leave the team themselves instead, which gives them control over transferring their own data first.
