Suggested prospects is where the people found by your signals campaigns wait for you. Nobody is added to an outreach campaign on their own. You look at who was found and why, pick the people worth reaching out to, and add them to a campaign yourself.
Where: Intent Signals in the left menu, then Suggested prospects.
For how people get here, and what finding them costs, read Intent Signals: find prospects by what they do on LinkedIn.
Reading the list
One row is one person, however many campaigns found them. The list has two tabs. Not in campaigns holds people you have not added to an outreach campaign yet. In campaigns holds people who already are in one, so you can see their signals without adding them twice.
The columns:
Person: name, title and company.
Last signal: the most recent activity that surfaced them, for example "Commented on a post by Jane Doe" or "Connected with Acme sales team".
Campaign: the signals campaign behind that signal. Your own campaign is a link. A teammate's shows as their campaign by name.
First seen: when the person first appeared in your workspace. The list is sorted by it, newest first.
You can filter by Owner, Signals campaign and Signal type. Filters narrow the signals, not the people: a person stays in the list as long as one of their signals matches, and the row then shows that signal. Filtering by one campaign therefore shows you what that campaign found, even for people another campaign found more recently.
A new campaign usually needs a few days before the first people show up, so an empty list right after launch is normal.
Checking why someone was found
Click a row to open Prospect details. It shows the person's title and location, their company with industry, size, headquarters and description, and every signal they triggered, newest first. For a post signal you see the post text, the person's own comment if they wrote one, a link to open the post on LinkedIn, the campaign that caught it and the date. For a connection signal you see which competitor team they connected with.
This is the page to decide on. Reading the post and the comment tells you what the person actually cares about, which is what makes the first message land.
Email addresses and phone numbers are not part of the data. What you get is the LinkedIn profile, the professional details and the activity.
Adding people to an outreach campaign
Two ways, both from the Not in campaigns tab:
Tick the people you want and press Add to campaign. Your selection is kept when you move between pages of the list.
Press Add prospects to a campaign with nothing selected. That adds everyone currently on the tab who matches your filters, up to 2,000 at a time. The form tells you how many that is before you confirm.
The form is the same one as for any other import: choose the campaign and a list, and decide whether to Move existing prospects to this list if someone is already in another of your lists, and whether to Remove prospects who haven't posted in the last 30 days.
Adding does not cost credits. You paid when the person was found. It does use your team's prospect limit, like any other import. If not everyone fits, the people who fit are added and the rest are reported as over the limit. They stay on the Not in campaigns tab, so you can add them after freeing room. See how prospect limits work.
After adding, the person moves to the In campaigns tab. From this page a person goes into one campaign. If you later want them somewhere else, move them the way you move any prospect.
Whose people you see
The list shows people found by the campaigns you can access: your own, the ones shared with you, and, for admins and managers, the campaigns of managed accounts. When a teammate shares a campaign with you, its people appear here for you as well.
Deleting a signals campaign does not remove the people it found. They stay in the list with their signal history. What you cannot do is remove a person from Suggested prospects by hand. Leave them on the Not in campaigns tab, or add them to a campaign and decide there.
