The post feed shows you three posts at a time and you move through them with two arrows. This page explains that layout and what each tab holds.
Three posts at a time
Extrovert deliberately does not hand you a long scrolling list. You get three posts, you deal with them, and you move on. Use Next to go forward and Previous to go back over what you have already seen.
Between the arrows you will see a position reading something like "Page 2 of 7". That is a marker showing roughly where you are, not a set of pages you can jump between. There is no page picker and no way to skip to page 5.
The order is decided by the campaign, not by you. Which post comes next is set by the campaign's Feed sorting strategy, and in Main Feed also by the priority you gave each campaign.
What starts a fresh pass
Your place in the feed belongs to the browser tab you are working in. Two tabs can sit at different points quite happily, and your position is not carried between devices.
You go back to the top of the current order when you:
reload the page
click Refresh feed
switch account, campaign or tab
save a change to the campaign's commenting settings
That last one catches people out. Changing the sorting strategy or a filter re-orders what is waiting, so the feed starts again rather than carrying on from where you were.
If you work for a long stretch without a break you may reach a note saying you have seen everything this pass can hold, with a Refresh feed button. That is not an error and nothing has been lost. Click it and carry on.
The five tabs
Every feed has the same five tabs, and they follow a comment through its life.
Need approval holds drafts waiting for you. This is where you do your daily work.
Skipped holds posts you passed on, plus posts set aside automatically by Limit posts per prospect. Nothing here is final. Any of them can come back with Move back for approval.
Pending holds comments you approved that have not published yet. You can still cancel one from here.
Error holds comments that could not be written or could not be published, each with a retry.
Posted is the record of what actually went live.
Four of the tabs show a count. Skipped does not, because that pile only ever grows and a number there would tell you nothing useful.
Why a comment sits in Pending
Approving a comment queues it rather than posting it that second. Extrovert leaves a short gap between comments, keeps to your working hours, and respects your daily limit, so a comment approved late in the day may go out the next morning.
If you turned on Extra delay for back-to-back comments, several comments approved for the same person are spaced further apart on purpose.
What to do with the Error tab
Two different things land here, and they have different buttons:
Retry generation appears when the AI could not write the comment.
Retry posting appears when the comment was written but publishing failed, for example because the post was deleted, comments were turned off, or you had already commented outside Extrovert.
If neither is worth retrying, Move to skipped clears it out of the way.
