When Extrovert drafts a comment for a post, you review it in your feed and choose what to do. Here is what each button does.

Approve posts the comment. Extrovert publishes the drafted comment on the post, and by default also likes the post.

Skip and react does not post the comment. It only leaves a like (a reaction) on the post. Use it when you want to acknowledge a post without commenting. This is the button people most often mix up, so to be clear: it reacts, it does not comment.

Skip passes on the post entirely. No comment and no like. The post moves to your Skipped tab, where you can bring it back later with Move back for approval if you change your mind.

Improve draft lets you adjust the AI comment before posting. You can give instructions to change the tone or length or add a point, or edit the text yourself. When you are happy with it, Approve it.

Next to it are two icon buttons. One regenerates the draft from scratch for a fresh version. The other lets you dictate your instructions out loud instead of typing them.

A skipped post keeps one button: Move back for approval. It returns the post to Need approval with its draft, and the normal buttons come back with it.

A post lands on Error when Extrovert could not write the comment or could not publish it. You get three buttons:

A comment waiting to be published keeps one button: Cancel. Once a comment is published it appears on Posted, which has no buttons at all.

Bulk approve approves a number of comments in one go. You set how many, and Extrovert approves the most relevant comments waiting in the feed you have open, in the order the feed itself uses, so it can include cards you have not scrolled to yet. The button sits at the top of the feed on the Need approval tab, both in Main Feed and inside a single campaign. See Bulk approve.

The other bulk action is Skip all posts in this campaign (it reads Skip all posts for this prospect list or Skip all posts for this topic depending on what you are looking at). It is available only when you have a single campaign selected, and only on the Need approval and Error tabs.

If the campaign has auto comments turned on, its drafts never reach this button row. They carry an Auto label, wait in Pending, and post on their own.

The one thing you can still do is Cancel an automatic comment while it's waiting in Pending. Approve, Skip and Improve draft don't apply, because the campaign is handling it rather than you. If the AI failed to write the comment at all, the post shows up on Error, where you can use Retry generation or Move to skipped.
