You can export your prospects to a CSV file straight from Extrovert - a whole campaign at once, or a single prospect list. Use it to back up your prospects, work with them in a spreadsheet, or share them with your team.
Export a whole campaign's prospects
Open Prospects from the left menu.
In the Campaign filter, select the campaign you want.
Click Apply filters. The list now shows only that campaign's prospects.
Open the three-dots menu (⋮, labeled Actions) at the top of the page and click Download as CSV.
Export a single prospect list
To download just one prospect list inside a campaign:
Open the campaign and go to the prospect list you want.
Click the three-dots menu (⋮) next to the list name and choose Download as CSV.
Good to know
The file downloads through your browser, the same as any other download.
It includes the prospects currently in view, with their profile and engagement details.
Download as CSV only appears once the list has at least one prospect. If it's empty, the option is hidden.
The export follows whatever filters you have applied, so you can narrow it down before downloading - for example by prospect list, post frequency, or importance.
