How the setting works
On the campaign's Prospects page, above the prospect list, you'll find: "Skip prospects already present in teammates' campaigns"
When ON: Prospects already in teammates' campaigns will be skipped
When OFF: Same prospects can be added to multiple campaigns
When to use each setting
Turn ON to:
Avoid conflicts over lead ownership
Prevent duplicate engagement from multiple team members
Keep prospects clearly assigned to specific campaigns
Turn OFF to:
Allow multiple team members to engage with same prospects
Use different campaign styles with same prospects
Enable cross-department collaboration
