Some prospects read constantly and post almost never. For them, turn on Comment on posts they are likely to see. Extrovert then brings you posts from the people that prospect reacts to most, so your comment shows up in their feed even when they publish nothing themselves.
You'll find it in the campaign's Commenting tab. It is off until you turn it on, and it is a plan feature, so the switch is greyed out with an option to upgrade if your plan doesn't include it.
A prospect's own posts are preferred when everything else is equal, so this setting fills the gaps rather than replacing their own content. It is a preference rather than a hard rule, so a very fresh post they are likely to see can still come up before an older post of their own.

☝️ Pro tip: if your prospects post regularly, focus on their own content instead. This setting earns its place with the people who read but never post.
