Extrovert checks for new prospect posts periodically, roughly daily, through external data sources rather than your LinkedIn session. Collection is separate from refreshing the posts already available in your feed.
Manual post refresh
To request new posts, open the three-dot menu (•••) above the post feed and choose Check for new posts.
In a campaign feed, this checks the whole campaign.
In Main Feed, it checks across campaigns you can edit.
You can request a check once an hour per campaign.
Manual checks typically take 5 minutes to 1-2 hours, depending on how many prospects are in the batch.
This collection does not use your LinkedIn session. Once new posts have been collected, click Refresh feed if they do not yet appear in the open feed.
Check when posts were last fetched
You can see when we last checked for posts from your prospects in two places:
Prospects page - The "Last check" column shows when we last fetched posts from each prospect. You can sort by this column to see which prospects were checked most recently
Post feed - Hover over any post date to see a tooltip showing when we last checked that prospect for new posts
