Extrovert's Delayed Posting feature helps you space out your comments so you don't overwhelm your prospects. Instead of posting a bunch of comments at once, you can add a delay between them. This way, your audience sees your comments over time, which keeps you in their minds without overdoing it. Plus, it's easy to approve comments as you go through your feed.

To turn on delayed posting, go to Campaign → Settings and check the box labeled Apply a delay between comments when approving multiple comments at once for a given prospect. You can then choose the delay length in the Delay between comments dropdown menu.

How it works

  • Add a delay: Extrovert lets you set a waiting period before each approved comment is posted. For example, you can set a delay of 1 day between comments. This ensures comments are spread out naturally over time.

  • Customize the delay: You can choose the delay length—from a few hours to a few days—depending on what works best for your campaign and audience.

Benefits of delayed posting

  1. Keeps engagement real: Spacing out comments makes your activity feel natural and helps prospects interact with each comment more effectively.

  2. Better experience for prospects: Instead of bombarding prospects with lots of comments at once, you create a steady flow of messages that help keep you in their minds.

Best practices

  • Match delays to activity: Use shorter delays if your prospects post a lot, and longer delays if they post less often.

  • Align with your goals: Use longer delays if you want to build long-term relationships. Use shorter delays if you want quicker follow-ups.
