This is about your Extrovert login password, the one you use to sign in to Extrovert. It is separate from the password of the professional-network account you connected to Extrovert.
Change your password
If you know your current password, go to Settings → Sign in and security and click Change password. Enter your Current password, then your New password, and repeat it to confirm.
Reset your password if you forgot it
On the sign-in screen, click Forgot password?. Enter the email address you use to log in to Extrovert, and we will email you a link to reset it. You will see the message "Check your email for further instructions".
Open the link from that email and set a new password. You do not need your old password for this.
If the email does not arrive:
Make sure you entered the exact email you log in with. A small typo, or using a different email than your login (for example a billing email), means no reset email is sent.
Check your spam and promotions folders.
If you signed up with Google or Apple
If you created your Extrovert account with Google or Apple, you do not have a separate Extrovert password. Sign in using the same Google or Apple option you used to sign up.
