In the Campaign Settings β†’ Posting period, you can decide how old a post can be for Extrovert to engage with it. This setting helps make sure your interactions are timely and focused on recent activity from your prospects.

How it works

  • Posting period (days): You can choose how far back Extrovert should look when finding posts from your prospects. For example, if you set the Posting period to 7 days, Extrovert will only consider posts from the last 7 days. If you set it to 60 days, it will include posts made in the past 60 days.

  • Rolling Basis: Extrovert checks for posts for each prospect one by one on a rolling basis. It will only fetch posts that match the Posting period you set.

Best Practices

  • Stay Relevant: A shorter posting period (e.g., 2-7 days) helps you focus on recent content, which usually leads to better engagement, and is better suited for Influencers who post frequently.

  • Broader Interaction: A longer posting period (e.g., 30-60 days) lets you interact with older posts, which is good for keeping in touch with prospects who post less often.

By setting the Posting Period to match your campaign goals, you can make sure your interactions are relevant and effective, without overwhelming your prospects with old content.
